1. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us via email at least 14 days before the project start date. Cancellations made within this period will be processed accordingly.
Cancellation by SAR Technologies: We reserve the right to cancel services if the client breaches any terms or fails to fulfill payment obligations.
Ongoing Projects: For ongoing projects, cancellation requests will be evaluated based on the work completed. Clients are liable for any work already delivered up until the cancellation date.

2. Refund Policy

Non-refundable Services: Fees for initial consultations, custom software development, or any other completed services are non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for services where payments have been made in advance and the service has not commenced. If the service is partially completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. SAR Technologies will review each request and respond accordingly based on the stage of service completion.

3. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Delays caused by client miscommunication or lack of timely responses.
Incomplete provision of necessary documentation, resources, or information from the client.
Scope changes initiated by the client after the project has begun.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
